Job Description:

1. Prepare and submit TDR report.
2. Perform overall PDI checking for all new vehicles:
   • Interior, exterior, function & accessories.
   • Co-ordinate with Foreman if any abnormalities are found.
3. Perform long-storage vehicle maintenance;
   • Interior, exterior, function & accessories.
   • Battery condition, wiper condition, electrical, trim condition, exterior paint condition.
4. Perform engine oil replacement for long storage vehicle (more than 6 months).
5. Communicate with Foreman when repair work, diagnose or troubleshooting required.
6. Assist Service Admin on new car warranty claim.
7. Ensuring overall new car quality prior to delivery to Sales Advisor.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) certificate (Level 3) in Automotive/Mechanical or equivalent.
2. Must be qualified in HQSP MT level.
3. Possess basic reading and writing skills in English & Malay to comprehend repair order.
4. Possess basic computer skills.
5. Possess a valid class D driving license.
