Receptionist

USJ Car Express, Selangor

Job Description:

  1. To answer all incoming telephone calls promptly and channel their enquiries to the correct personnel/department.
  2. Greet, deliver accurate information & provide efficient service to walk-in customers.
  3. Ensuring security & crowd control at the front desk; escalate customers’ enquiries to Service Manager when needed.
  4. Check and keep records of transaction and documentations.

Job Requirements:

  1. Able to communicate effectively in English & Malay (written & spoken) or other dialects.
  2. Possess basic computer skills.
  3. Excellent telephone, communication & interpersonal skills.
  4. Customer Service oriented and embrace that “Customers Come First” mind set.
