Service Advisor

USJ Car Express, Selangor
 

Job Description:

  1. Attend customer daily service needs in compliance with SST procedures.
  2. Manage service appointments registration.
  3. Promote service and parts sales.
  4. Execution of CS-related duties and responsibilities.
  5. Coordinate with Job Controller/Foreman on work progress status and inform any delay to customer accordingly.
  6. Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  7. Conduct a 1-day before appointment reminder to the customer.
  8. To regularly update customers' parts status by using the Parts Ordering Tracking Sheet (POTS).

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Business/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 1 year working in automotive-related business or equivalent.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  4. IT literate.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
  6. Able to speak proficiently in English and Malay.
